Each volume is designed to teach a beginner one of the six major scripts:
Naskh, Riq’ah,
Thulth, Kufi, Farisi (Urdu), and Diwani.
The first part of each volume introduces the single
alphabets and the second part teaches the combinations of letters in running
script.
